After the PBL presentation, the 8th graders created a two day lesson to teach the 6th grade ESL class about what it means to be in ESL, how you learn, and information about ACCESS testing. The students created a Powtoon with information about ESL, ELLs, and bilingualism. Next, a group of students presented about learning strategies and had the 6th graders complete a learning styles survey. The 8th graders then shared what their own learning styles and talked about strengths and challenges that particular learning style gives them in school. Then, a group of students analyzed students ACCESS scores with the 6th graders and discussed areas of strength and growth. Finally, the class played a Jeopardy review game about all of the material presented along with some "fun facts" they learned during their research..
